Triaster are now offering public training for existing customers. So, if you are looking for refresher training or another person, or couple of people, have joined the team since your original implementation training, book onto a course now.
The training course offered are as follows:
Mapping Edition Training
Aimed at users who have little or no experience of process mapping or Triaster software.
Organised over 1-day, the hands-on training, with exercises throughout, is broken down into three sections:
- Understanding Process Mapping
Introduces process mapping, describes what process maps are, and provides reasons why you would create them.
- Creating process maps with Triaster
This module equips the user with the IT skills they need to produce maps efficiently, accurately and consistently with Process Navigator.
- Capturing the process
Delegates are required to map their own processes in this section so that they may gain some experience with the skill of process mapping. The delegates should therefore bring procedures, maps, or flowcharts with them to map with Triaster.
Analyst Edition Training
This module is for any Triaster user who will be undertaking an Analyst role. It is a prerequisite that all delegates have attended the Mapping Edition training. Organised over 1-day this training includes a number of practical exercises and covers the following:
- Creating the Library
Considers the process of taking individual process maps and creating larger interconnected processes. It includes matching deliverables, adding off-page connectors and generating summary maps.
- Reporting
Covers the various approaches to reporting and data extraction. It also looks at both the standard reports and other XSLT reports that can be generated to collate the information that the Process Authors have included within their maps.
- Publishing
A demonstration of the Triaster Publication Server showing how this coverts Visio source into html for all to see.
