The Triaster Conference

There is a packed programme of events and learning opportunities at this conference with literally something for everyone. There are focused sessions relevant to:
  • Anyone who produces process maps
  • Anyone who needs to install, support, maintain or upgrade the Triaster hardware or software
  • Project leaders who are trying to understand how other organisations have used the Triaster Solution
  • Anyone considering adopting the Triaster Solution and who is keen to see or learn more about it

What will be happening?

To get the day started, the Microsoft Visio and Mapping Edition Master Class will be presented in a lively and fun way and absolutely full of great ideas and techniques for you to try. Presented by members of the Triaster support and implementation staff, we guarantee you will learn stacks of new things that you can take away and use immediately.

Following this, the first keynote presenter of the day will be Linda Spinks, Triaster User Group Chair and project lead on the University of Cambridge’s implementation of the Triaster Solution. Linda will share her experiences from beginning to the end and present a sample of the University’s library.

For the afternoon, there will be a further 2 keynote presentations. One will be a customer experience, and the 2nd will be a presentation by Dr Michael Cousins, Triaster’s Managing Director, on the future for the Triaster Solution. He will be taking a close look at how the technologies available to us today can help turn a Process Library into a dynamic, data-driven and data-rich environment with practical and easy usefulness across the organisation.

Breakout rooms 1 and 2 will be used throughout the day to provide workshops and presentations on the following 4 main themes:

  • Hardware and software lab, an opportunity to ‘walk through’ the Triaster Solution from beginning to end
  • Best practice process map management
  • Interactive best practice process mapping workshop
  • Meet the Microsoft Visio expert.
Microsoft Office Visio Team presentation on Microsoft Visio and Q&A session with the Microsoft Visio Expert.
