Description:
This event will provide an opportunity to bring together a group of people from the Government sector to discuss issues around the central theme of How the Government sector can drive efficiency through process improvement.

The event will use a technique called Open Space which offers a flexible framework to enable participants to create and manage the event agenda themselves. The agenda will be set on the day based on the topics that you propose and the workshops will be led by those who have identified the topics. Participants are encouraged to take part in any workshop to which they feel they can contribute and/or from which the feel they can learn. A full set of proceedings will be issued within two working days of the event to enable everybody to get a complete picture of the results of all workshops.

Benefits:
This event is a great way to learn from each other and share knowledge. It is a unique opportunity for connecting with others within the Government Sector who are eager to learn about, plan for, and take action in an area that they see as critical to the success of their own interests and the work of their organisation. You and your colleagues will gain from discussing with your peers the issues and successes experienced when striving for process improvement.
