Triaster offer three main types of partnerships: Consultancy Partner, Small Consultancy Partner, and improvementaccelerator Implementation Partner. If none of these is appropriate there is also the opportunity to become a Referral Partner.
More information on each of these is set out below.
Consultancy Partner
For consultancies of more than 10 chargeable consultants the following partnership is applicable.
Triaster supplies the capacity for the Consultancy Partner to supply a client branded electronic process library to their customers. The electronic process library is hosted by the Consultancy Partner and is custom branded by Triaster for each customer, according to the client brand guidelines supplied. A charge is made in respect of each design pack supplied with each client electronic process library implementation.

The Consultancy Partner purchases and implements the Triaster solution internally and is then licenced to host their clients’ process documentation on a client by client basis.

Small Consultancy Partner
For consultancies of less than 10 chargeable consultants the following partnership is applicable.
Triaster supplies process mapping software and training for up to 10 business analysts, together with the capability to automatically publish process documentation to a showcase electronic process library.
The electronic process library will be hosted by Triaster and will be branded as per the Triaster Process Library showcase which can be viewed here.
Consultancies joining this programme are licenced to utilise the Triaster software supplied in respect of client work and host their clients’ process documentation (up to 500 MB) on the showcase electronic process library. If your clients wish to take ownership of their process maps or set up their own electronic process library, they should be introduced to Triaster who will negotiate sale of the appropriate Triaster solution directly with the client.

improvementaccelerator Implementation Partner
Triaster also forms partnerships with preferred Consultancy Partners to deliver a further solution improvementaccelerator which focuses on the specific methodology/implementation requirements of customers e.g. simulation, Sarbanes Oxley, SixSigma, Business Excellence Model.
Partner improvementaccelerator implementations must be launched by a Triaster implementation and it is the responsibility of the improvementaccelerator Partner to develop the skills needed to integrate their offering with the Triaster solution.

Referral Partner
If none of the partner opportunities above are appropriate for you, you may like to become a referral partner. Triaster Referral Partners earn 10% of the first order from any account into which they introduce Triaster. The client must place their order directly with Triaster.
The referral will pass through Triaster’s own needs analysis and qualification processes, and the decision lies with Triaster’s sales team as to the level of pre-sales effort that goes into the sale.
Redeeming the commission:
- It is the responsibility of the partner to invoice Triaster; however, invoicing can only be done after Triaster has received the payment from the customer.
- It is the responsibility of the partner to keep in contact with the Triaster Account Manager to find out when the invoice(s) can be processed.
