Process capture or process mapping, is where the things people do are captured as a process map and stored as content within a Triaster Process Library. The Process Library is a web-based, individually customised process view of your organisation; in the form of one centralised, standardised, source of all process and procedural information.

With the Triaster solution, content can be captured via Excel, via Visio or via automated imports. It’s as simple as dragging and dropping or filling in an Excel worksheet. Processes can be captured by the process owners (those that do the job) or by a core process team in a workshop with some key employees from the department or project. Either way, once the initial capture of processes has been completed, it is important that the process owners own and update them; which the Triaster solution couldn't make easier.
