ING Direct UK
Linked documents in the process library add clarity to the process maps, providing a one-stop shop for the Customer Services department at ING Direct. The library is used in the Savings Call Centre to check procedures and scripting whilst on the phone to customers and when conducting call quality monitoring. Also, Lean process reviews use the process maps as they show end-to-end process and Triaster's search facility allows identification of all affected processes when business changes are made.

  
Woodside
With the completion of a Production Processes Project in 2009, Woodside has achieved all of its initial objectives and is currently improving the system via an established change control and governance model. Process Champions have been assigned to every team within the Production Division to ensure the processes are continually used and reviewed.

  
University of Bristol
One of the core objectives at the University of Bristol was to use Triaster to support process and system improvement projects. This involved using process mapping to communicate and clarify existing processes to staff involved in the processes,agree responsibilities, review and discuss proposed changes to processes and agree changes to implement new improved and more efficient processes. Examples of projects where Triaster's process mapping has been used include Integrated purchasing, Post Graduate admissions and Common Timetabling projects.

  
BAE Systems Submarine Solutions
The BAE Systems Submarine Solutions Quality Management System will be part of a 5 year Quality strategy supporting SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Development and People). The system clearly visualises processes which enable cost avoidance from quality errors in production. They have been able to introduce video procedures/quality documentation, health and safety, engineering standards and IT system links directly to all personnel via PC’s and touch screens on the shop floor.

University of Leeds have used the Triaster solution to consolidate, standardise and improve its Student Services function, putting in place a one stop shop which efficiently deals with hundreds of students and enquiries a day.

Balfour Beatty Regional Civil Engineering have adopted a process approach to business management and used this approach to successfully integrate the Major Highways and Civil Engineering divisions of the company; set up independent management systems for Balfour Beatty Major Civil Engineering and Balfour Beatty Regional Civil Engineering (BBRCE) operating companies and reengineer those management systems to create a new integrated system (or Library) for BBRCE from the legacy Regional Civils and Birse Civils systems.
