Role Overview

As a Customer & Partner Enablement Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of on-boarding services (training and instruction) for all of the Triaster products to new and existing clients. You will develop, edit and maintain online training/assessment materials for all Triaster products in the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor feedback for courses and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.  

You will learn all about Triaster’s products and services, and be able to work cross-functionally and with other internal departments, to develop and maintain Partners. In addition to this you will maintain regular and effective communication with the Partners and create learning programs to ensure they are equipped with the technical and functional knowledge about our products to successfully sell and implement them.

Role Summary

You will learn how all the Triaster software runs and provide essential on-boarding services for new and existing clients, working with internal departments to develop, edit and maintain online training/assessment materials for all Triaster products. You will also have the opportunity to develop and manage a Triaster Partner Programme, creating partner specific learning programmes and maintaining strong relationships with the Partners. Due to the diversity of our customers you will be exposed to many business sectors through the software we provide. Every day will be a new challenge.

Key Job Roles

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of on-boarding services, for all of the Triaster products, to new and existing customers
  • Collaborating with product, business development, and marketing teams to develop enablement guides and tools
  • Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with all customers and Partners to drive continued value of our products and services, identifying possible cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and pass these to the sales team in a timely manner
  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining content on the e-learning and assessment platform (SAP Litmos)
  • Working with and referring to the product roadmap to understand current functionality and future offerings
  • Maintaining strong business relationships with partner companies, creating opportunities for these organisations and for Triaster sales
  • Being the central point of contact for all partners, ensuring they understand who we are, what we do and our culture

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate with people at all levels within an organisation
  • The capacity to understand software and then explain it to others
  • Strong time management and organisational skills 
  • The ability to work well in a team, independently, proactively and remotely 
  • A willingness to travel both in the UK (specifically in Oxfordshire) and internationally, and work out of hours travelling to sites as the workload requires
  • Strong people skills with a high level of professionalism and approachability with a particular ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • A proven ability to execute tasks with drive and enthusiasm 

Desired Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise and deliver within high-pressure, business critical environments 
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams 
  • Experience building and delivering effective training programs, especially in a technical environment 
  • Experience developing training programmes in SAP Litmos
