How much of the administration of the system can be done by customers? How much administration work needs to be carried out by Triaster?

For the online systems all Library infrastructure administration is performed by Triaster, within the cost of your contract.

After the initial set-up, almost all of the administration of the systems (both online and on-premises) can be done by the Library Administrator (customer) except for changes to the homepage design.
