Triaster are looking for a bright, cheerful person to assist with the general running of the Triaster office.

A high level of office IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as good attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workload, are essential.

ideal candidate will be proactive and seek new ways to help others, as well as capable of taking further responsibility, as the role requires.

The Administrative Assistant will offer administrative support to key members of the company's business operations. The job is to handle all clerical tasks to assist the team to effectively manage their core job function. This may include, but is not limited to answering phones, returning emails, keeping the office tidy (including some washing up), greeting and helping customers or other staff members when they enter the office, filing documents.

This job has a varied and often high-pace job environment, covering many different areas as follows:

  1. Support the team with all administrative and customer service tasks as necessary.
  2. Act as first point of call for all external communications including general email, post and telephone enquiries.
  3. Communicate with suppliers and order stationery; ensure availability of day-to-day office items.
  4. Review and verify expenses
  5. Maintain office policies and run regular reviews such as Health and Safety, Asset Management, Risk Assessments
  6. Manage public training course bookings, including confirmations and room set up.

Candidates that live within 30 miles of Triaster's HQ in Wallingford are likely to be favoured over those living further afield.
