Background

Equifax’s Process Library users can often be time-restricted, for example call centre staff, so the management system owners wanted staff to be able to access information in as few clicks as possible. Therefore, the library design needed to be clear, simple and align with the Equifax online offerings, both external and internal (intranet). Equifax took a very collaborative approach to agree the design, brand and a strap line to make their library memorable. The outcome: HUB - Improvement at the centre of our business.

The Process Library is used across the business over a wide range of functions and therefore the brand needed to be flexible enough to incorporate minor changes to differentiate each functional area such as swapping out the background image. The HUB logo was created specifically for the management system and it supports the name and the ethos behind the system.
