Process Library Features

Capture your processes as clear and understandable process maps

Control your processes, so your process maps are always accurate

Manage your process data, to capture what you really need

manage-1

Display your RACI information

Display who is Responsible for specific activities directly on the process map and who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed in the activities' property section. These properties are bespoke to your organisation to best reflect how it actually works, ensuring everyone knowns who should be doing what and when.

manage-2

Build and edit your own property database

The Triaster Process Library enables you to create a database of properties, so that you can capture all the data that you need to measure effectiveness and find efficiencies in your organisation.

manage-3

Attach any property to any shape

All properties can be set up as either process map properties, activity properties or deliverable properties, so you can add any information to any shape. This can range from the name of the map's author, to an address or bank details, or to any data in between. As a result you can create process maps which can be understood 'at a glance', while not leaving any important information out.

manage-4

Create custom answer sets

Process Library answer sets save valuable time by enabling organisations to create a set of answers which can be used for all dropdown properties - map properties, deliverable properties and activity properties. This means you do not need to manually add a set of answers each time you create your properties, reducing time spent managing properties and the risk of having several slightly different labels for the same thing.

manage-5

Edit property values from process maps

Edit property values from the process map directly - instead of from the properties page - so you can instantly see the changes you make to the process map. Authors can change a shape's RACI information, risk level, effort level and more, and change a process map's process owner, author and more from the process map, and quickly publish the changes to the Library - so the process map is always up to date.

data types for each property

Specify data types for each property

Choose the property data type from ten different options, including: Dropdown, Checkbox, Date only, Date & Time and Hyperlink, to ensure your properties are set up in the best way for your library.
