Touchstone, Lockheed Martin’s QMS, clearly separates core processes from supporting functions. They have included a Library Resources Area on the right-hand of the homepage for quick access to further resources to help the end user such as What’s New / Top 10 Documents/ Quality Manual etc. A larger search bar is prominent on the homepage and end users can also quickly find processes by clicking on the links to ‘Search by Role’ and ‘How To…’ reports which interrogate all processes in the Library.Architecture
