Cloud Services Customer Specific Backup
Triaster doesn't offer any one-click-backup features out of the box for its Cloud Services
Currently, you would have to build your own solution based on the Product API or run manual exports.
SaaS Products Disaster Recovery
Triaster’s Cloud Services use a SQL Server database for data storage. In the event of corruption to the database causing irreparable and permanent access loss, we retain point in time snapshots for 7 days, and can recover to any 5 minute point in the past 7 days.
