Basic 5-Day Implementation

Work with the Triaster Process Library experts over five days to ensure your Process Library is configured for your organisation's needs and your users are properly trained to use the Process Library. Enabling you to  hit the ground running with your Process Library and ensure it is useful, usable and used.  This implementation and training includes: Project Initiation Workshop; Process Author Training; Process Administrator Training; Governance Workshop and Process Discovery Workshop

Concierge 10-day Implementation

This ten day package includes everything in the Basic 5-day Implementation pack and an additional 5 days of support, guidance and scoping for any additional consultancy required. For example, to enable an ERP implementation project or to help your organisation through any particular challenges.

Customisation

A bespoke package which can include one or more alternative Process Library homepage designs, top level menu pages, or any other bespoke Library design requirements, created specifically for you by our designer. To see example designs, please click here. Customised data visualisations on mapping shapes, mandatory properties, hyperlink circles, additional mapping shapes and node layouts are also offered for inclusion in this package.

A Process Library is an exciting step for any organisation but it is no use having all your processes documented if your employees don't know you have them or how to find them. With this communication package we work with you to utilise your organisation's communication channels to let your team know about your Process Library and how it benefits them.

Content Parcels

Pre-created process maps (and properties) for immediate import into your process library. Starting with a Content Parcel will give you a head start with capturing your processes and the maps can then be customised to your organisation's specific processes. If the Content Parcel you need isn't currently available for free, contact us and we will put you in touch with a Partner who will be able to supply one.
