New in Version 26.03.0
Users can now Search All (Maps, Documents, Properties, Hyperlinks and By Role) from the Search page of Process Library or using the Quick Search function.
Change Description System Property
An Author's change description when they create a draft is now added to the 'Change Description' system property and displayed in the properties section.
Filter on Activity and Deliverable Properties
Activity and Deliverable Properties have been added to the custom property section of the column chooser.
All Pending Approvals and All Awaiting Rework Tabs
Admins can view all the maps in the Process Library which are awaiting approval and all the draft process maps that have been declined from the All Maps list.
Declined Process Maps Flagged
Process Maps which have not been approved are now flagged in the authors 'Your Drafts' list.
New in Version 26.02.0
Allows Users to search by hyperlinks from the search page. Relevant hyperlinks are displayed under the name of the Process Map they are attached to.
The Process Library now contains a hyperlink report. This provides Admins an overview of the hyperlinks in your menu items and approved processes and enables them to check these links to ensure they are valid.
Authors can edit multiple shapes properties at once by selecting the shapes then editing the properties as normal, as long as they are the same shape type.

Auto Navigate Single Off Page Connectors
Allows Admins and Authors to turn on Auto Navigate Single Off Page Connectors from the Process Pathways section to automatically click through to a process map if only one process map is linked.
Admins and Authors can stop string properties from being automatically truncated if they are too long to be displayed in full from each individual property page.
Process Library Security Settings
Organisations can now request to change the Process Library settings so users credentials are not cached and they have to login every time they open the Process Library in a new browser window.
