Services Packs

Basic 5-day Implementation

Five days Process Library implementation and training which includes the following:

Concierge 10-day Implementation

A ten day package which includes everything in the Basic 5-day Implementation pack and an additional 5 days of support, guidance and scoping for any additional consultancy required, for example to enable an ERP implementation project.

Customisation

A bespoke package which can include one or more alternative Library homepage designs, top level menu pages, or any other bespoke Library design requirements, created specifically for you by our designer. To see example designs, please click here. Customised data visualisations on mapping shapes, mandatory properties, hyperlink circles, additional mapping shapes and node layouts are also offered for inclusion in this package.

Communication

A complete package to use your organisation's communication channels to let your team know about your Process Library and how it benefits them.

Content Parcels

Pre-created process maps (and properties) for immediate import into your process library. Starting with a Content Parcel will give you a head start with capturing your processes and the maps can then be customised to your organisation's specific processes. If the Content Parcel you need isn't currently available for free, contact us and we will put you in touch with a Partner who will be able to supply one.

Bespoke Infrastructure

If the Multi-tenant Process Library environment offered as standard does not meet your infrastructure requirements, for example you require defence-grade security, Single-tenant/Private Cloud or On-premise server deployments are also offered.

Custom Features for your Process Library to make process improvement highly quantitative, for example aggregable data, process status report, AS IS vs TO BE(s) process comparison report, process transformation report, calculate process metrics including end-to-end cost, time, effort and Lean 6 Sigma cycle time and process cycle efficiency, adjust simulation runs and maximum iterations, simulate parallel paths in process cross, simulate and aggregate reusable processes.
