When you buy a software solution from Triaster you buy it to solve a problem and drive your business towards achieving its corporate goals – which are specific to your enterprise.
Our Enterprise Services team are there to support you in achieving those goals.
A Relationship Manager is appointed for each Enterprise account, who will work with you to understand your goals and agree a tailor-made framework to best meet your specific requirements. This can encompass any combination of Triaster products and support services, including some or all of the following:
- Software licences
- Helpdesk services
- Technical consultancy - “call-off” time that can be used across the term of the agreement, this can be used for any type of technical and design service that Triaster offers
- Product branding/white labelling
- Deployment support, including project management
- Product customisation
- Product and data hosting
For examples, you may need a customised software licence that enables users to be employed in a different organisation to your own, and for the product and data to be located on-premises for security reasons. Or you may want your end-user experience to be as if they were using your existing web site, with exactly the same branding approach applied. It could be that you intend to roll-out Triaster software to 1,000s of desktops, and you want a unique deployment and licence model with pay as you go.
The bespoke framework is agreed as an Enterprise Service Agreement. This is the most cost-effective means of combining a multitude of Triaster products and services that would normally be purchased separately, or which would not be available within “normal” products. What is more, it also 'opens-up' access to bespoke pricing structures so that you can expand the use of this provision in the way most suitable to your business.
Fully Supported - all the way
Your Relationship Manager will remain with you for the entire term of your Enterprise Service Agreement. They will be your single point of contact or gateway to all the support, knowledge, information that you might need. They will work tirelessly to support you to achieve your corporate goals.
