What is Triaster Online?

Triaster Online delivers a fully managed Business Management System, hosted ‘in the Cloud’.

‘Fully managed’ means that Triaster takes care of all aspects of Business Management System (BMS) ownership in respect of:

  • Infrastructure (servers, network security, authentication,...)
  • Software (installation, upgrades, maintenance,...)
  • Support (help desk, hardware, OS updates,...)
  • Process Library administration
and optionally:

  • Process map production and maintenance
  • Design and bespoking

‘In the Cloud’ means storing and accessing your Triaster BMS over the Internet instead of your internal network. This means that your organisation does not need to provide any dedicated network attached storage (NAS) hardware or server in order to implement a Triaster Business Management System.

There is no software licence for the Triaster BMS, it is simply a generic service that Triaster are offering, defined and delivered according to a Terms of Service agreement. Technically, Triaster Online can be thought of as a combination of ‘Saas’, ‘IaaS’ and support services.

Triaster Online is the future of the Triaster Business Management System and moving forward will simply be known as Triaster.
